Collegium offers a 14-day return window for all unworn, pristine products in their original packaging. We are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with the craftsmanship and fit of your premium footwear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original Collegium box and dust bags, ensuring all tags are attached and the product shows no signs of wear.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
